一（yī）体（tǐ）化（huà）净水（shuǐ）装（zhuāng）置和城市供水厂的净（jìng）化流程（chéng）一样。它有：混凝（níng）池、沉（chén）淀池、过滤池（chí）、水（shuǐ）质（zhì）稳定装置（zhì）、反（fǎn）冲（chōng）洗装置、水泵及电气控制柜（guì）。现分别介绍如下：

       1、混凝池：投加混凝剂的（de）原水由进（jìn）水管进入混（hún）凝（níng）池（chí）内，用特制（zhì）的搅（jiǎo）拌机搅动，使水中的（de）悬浮（fú）物和（hé）混凝剂充分接触（chù）反应形成矾花。

       2、沉淀室：水经加混（hún）凝剂混凝（níng）后形成矾花，流到设（shè）备（bèi）的沉淀池内（nèi）进行（háng）沉淀，沉淀池采用斜（xié）管沉淀法，经过梯（tī）形斜板沉淀室沉淀（diàn）完成固液分离，沉淀下来的污泥（ní）排（pái）入泥斗。

       3、过滤（lǜ）池：经（jīng）沉淀后（hòu）的水流到过滤池过滤，滤池结（jié）构：底部为布水管，中部（bù）为石英砂，上部为无烟煤。过滤速（sù）度为10m/h，最后清水流到清（qīng）水池内消毒处理后饮用。过滤（lǜ）池（chí）反冲周期为12小（xiǎo）时左（zuǒ）右，反（fǎn）冲（chōng）时间（jiān）为5-10分钟。

一体化净水（shuǐ）器适用于（yú）江、河、湖、水库等以地表水为（wéi）水（shuǐ）源的给水（shuǐ）工程的水（shuǐ）质净水（shuǐ），中水回用、及煤矿尾矿水、洗煤水、浴池、游泳池、洗车场、造纸、印（yìn）染、电镀和其它工业废（fèi）水的水质净化。
